A programme of orchestral works inspired by classic storytellers, including a world premiere by Cedar Miller.
Lismore Symphony Orchestra will take you on a symphonic adventure celebrating storytellers in music.
The programme features works inspired by the words of the Brothers Grimm, Lewis Carroll and Henrik Ibsen. Humperdinck brings the fairytale world of Hansel and Gretel, Grieg presents music from Peer Gynt, and Prokofiev offers the suite from Lieutenant Kijé.
Local composer and conductor Cedar Miller explores Alice's Adventures Through the Looking Glass in the world premiere of Looking Glass Alice.
