Stone Lithography
Hands-on introduction to traditional stone lithography techniques at Verge Center for the Arts
Hands-on stone lithography workshop at Verge Center for the Arts. Learn the traditional printmaking technique using limestone, greasy drawing materials, etching with etch solution, and printing from the stone on an etching press. All materials provided. Suitable for beginners and those with some printmaking experience. Participants will produce one or more prints to take home.
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early for setup. Wear clothes you don't mind getting ink on. Space may be limited.
