
Spring Yoga Course with Claire Cunningham
Community spring yoga class mixing breathwork, flowing movement and guided relaxation with teacher Claire Cunningham
Following the natural uplift of springtime, this yoga course will incorporate breathwork, stretching and flowing movement to help you feel energised and refreshed in body and soul. Whether you’re restarting your practice, craving a reset or developing your practice, Claire will offer adaptations and support with yoga props as needed.
Biography: Claire is a warm and creative yoga teacher who brings a holistic approach to her classes. She will draw upon various techniques from Yoga, breathwork, Qigong, and life coaching. With over 20 years experience as a teacher and retreat facilitator, Claire guides the sessions with care. The course will focus on nervous system regulation through movement and stretching, leaving you feeling relaxed and re-energised. Each session ends with a guided relaxation. Claire has studied several styles of Yoga in India and Europe. She holds a Yoga Alliance teaching qualification; a teacher CPD certificate in Forrest Yoga; a Japanese Bodywork certification from The European School of Shiatsu; a Relational Dynamics Coaching qualification, and an MA in Contemporary Dance. She encourages a mindful approach in a non-competitive environment.
Additional details: Please bring a yoga mat and blanket. We will have some spare yoga mats if you need one. Please arrive 10 minutes before the session to settle in.
