SONARA
Guided yin yoga with an immersive sound journey by Marc Crick and Mary Hoang for deep stillness and inner reflection.
A ritual in sound and slow movement for the unseen world. By SONARA
SONARA weaves together grounding yin yoga with an immersive sound journey by Marc Crick and Mary Hoang. Together, these practices open a portal into deep stillness, where the body softens and the inner world begins to awaken. Held in a field of resonance and presence, you’ll be guided to turn inward — to dissolve what is ready to fall away, to listen beyond the surface, and to rest in the quiet intelligence of your own becoming.
Like the chrysalis, this is a space between what was and what is yet to emerge.
You will need: ◦ To wear comfortable clothing (bring a warmth layer/jumper as your body temp can drop during yin) ◦ Bring a yoga mat, pillow/cushion ◦ You may like to bring a journal + pen
