Something Worth Knowing
An in-person benefit evening at the Wilshire Ebell with talks and conversations featuring Hank Green, Mark Rober, Katie Mack, Simone Giertz and more.
Something Worth Knowing is the first-ever in-person benefit for Complexly and its educational mission. Complexly has created free educational content — SciShow, Crash Course, PBS Eons, Bizarre Beasts, and more — for nearly 15 years and 6.3 billion views. This year the organization transitioned to a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, and this is its first in-person benefit show.
Friends of Complexly, including Mark Rober, Katie Mack, Simone Giertz, and others, will share inspiring talks about what makes them hopeful and join Hank Green on stage for interactive discussions. Supporter tickets include reserved seating for the evening show. The VIP Experience adds an exclusive VIP lunch (12:00–15:00) the afternoon of the show, Just-for-Fun Bingo with Hank, exclusive merchandise, premium reserved seating, and the option to submit a question to a live Ask Hank Anything.
Tickets are non-refundable and the producer reserves the right to re-assign seats. Apply to attend for free with a Sponsored Scholar Ticket. Parking information: the Wilshire Ebell Theatre will have at least one free parking lot available; additional parking is in the surrounding neighborhood. Rideshare drop-off is at the main lobby entrance. Note: alcohol is not served inside the theatre.
