Self Pleasure Workshop
Self-Pleasure™ Workshop
A guided Embodied Practice in the tools of Presence & Self-Connection
Self-Pleasure™ is a specific somatic modality with its own method and its own set of tools, drawing on nervous system science and on what we know about how attention, breath, and touch change the way a body responds, so that the practice is as pleasurable as it is grounded in how bodies work.
This is a mixed workshop, open to all genders, bodies, and levels of experience , whether you’ve got a well-worn routine you’d like to expand or a vague sense that you’ve never really been introduced to your own body on its own terms. Self-pleasure tends to get treated as either a punchline or a problem to be solved, when it can be one of the most direct ways of finding out what you like, what you’ve been tolerating, and what changes when you pay attention.
What to expect
• An introduction to the Self-Pleasure™ tools, including how they work, why they work, and how to take them home with you
• Guided practices that build on each other, with time to ask questions as we go
• A self-pleasure circle, where everything is optional and you choose how much you share, practise, or simply witness
• Time to land, integrate, and leave with learning and pleasure you can use
