The Bellucci Method™ One-Day Healing Worksh is an intimate, immersive experience designed to help you uncover the origins of these patterns and begin releasing what your mind may have understood, but your body is still holding.

Created and facilitated by Sonia Bellucci, The Bellucci Method™ brings together Family Constellations, clinical hypnosis, somatic healing, nervous-system regulation, medical intuition, 9D Breathwork and sound healing within one powerful transformational journey.

This is not simply a workshop where you learn about healing.

It is a day in which you experience it.

The Journey:

Through Family Constellations and guided exploration, we will bring awareness to the invisible dynamics, inherited beliefs and emotional entanglements that may still be influencing your life.

We will explore how our earliest relationships shaped our sense of safety, love, identity and worth.

This may include the mother bond, generational wounds, family roles, rejection, emotional absence and the unconscious need to earn love or belonging.

You may attend alone or alongside a parent, a child, family member or significant person in your life.

Through somatic practices, subconscious healing and 9D Breathwork, you will be supported to release emotions and protective patterns held within the body and nervous system.

You do not need to relive every detail of the past to begin moving beyond it.

The day will close with sound healing, grounding and integration creating space for a new relationship with yourself, your history and the life you are ready to create.
