Practice Shuttle Run
Timed 20-metre shuttle run administered by York Regional Police recruiters; registration required and ID mandatory.
The 20-metre shuttle run is a mandatory component of the police constable hiring process and is used to assess cardiovascular fitness. Participants must achieve a minimum of Level 7 to meet the standard. Candidates who reach Level 7 or higher will be issued a Fast Pass certificate, valid for six months, which may be used to bypass the fitness component of the hiring process.

To attend, each registrant must: Be 18 years of age or older Bring valid photo identification for entry Cancellation Policy (Important)
If you can no longer attend, please cancel your reservation as soon as possible so another participant may take your place. Failure to notify the Recruitment team will result in a no-show being recorded on your file.
Photo Identification Required
A valid photo ID is required for entry. The name on the photo ID must match the name on the ticket.
