Welcome to the Apothecary Bar Step inside The H Dispensary and you'll find the shelves transformed into an old-world herbal apothecary bar, filled with botanicals, beautiful glassware, aromatic herbs and everything you need to create your own menopause-friendly concoctions.

Throughout the evening, you'll be introduced to a selection of herbs traditionally used to support women through the menopause transition — and discover how to turn them into beautiful, delicious drinks you actually want to drink.

We'll explore herbs, flavours and simple herbal preparations that can become part of your own rituals at home.

Sip, Learn & Create This isn't about drinking something that tastes like medicine.

It's about discovering how herbal wisdom and delicious flavour can live in the same glass.

You'll learn how different herbs can be incorporated into everyday drinks and explore their traditional uses and wellbeing benefits - from herbs associated with relaxation and sleep to those traditionally used to support digestion, stress and women's wellbeing.

You'll get to taste, experiment and discover your favourites along the way.

And because no girls' night is complete without a little sparkle... There will be sparkling wine too. ✨ Enjoy your herbal creations, or add a glass of bubbles to the evening and settle in for a night of good company and good conversation.
