A therapist-facilitated monthly support group where adults living with OCD connect, share and learn practical tools.

OCD Support Group Share. Learn. Feel Less Alone.

Living with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) can be exhausting, frustrating, and sometimes incredibly isolating. Even when the people in your life are supportive, it can be difficult to explain what you're experiencing to someone who hasn't been through it themselves.

Our monthly OCD Support Group offers a welcoming, judgment-free space to connect with others who understand.

Hosted by Ethredge Counseling Group in Charleston, SC, this group brings together adults navigating OCD to share experiences, learn practical tools, and find encouragement in community. What to Expect Each gathering is facilitated by Claire Mixon , a licensed therapist, and offers opportunities for: Connection: Meet others who understand the challenges of living with OCD.

Conversation: Share experiences, ask questions, and discuss what's been helpful (or difficult) along the way. Education: Learn more about OCD, common patterns, and strategies for managing symptoms. Encouragement: Find support, perspective, and a reminder that you don't have to navigate OCD alone. There's no pressure to share more than you're comfortable with. You're welcome to participate in the conversation or simply listen.

Whether you've recently been diagnosed, have been managing OCD for years, or are beginning to better understand your experiences, you're welcome here. Event Details When: Second Wednesday of each month

Time: 6:30–8:00 PM

Cost: $5 per person

Location: Ethredge Counseling Group, 3 Oak Forest Drive, Charleston, SC 29407

Facilitated by: Claire Mixon A Note About the Group This is a therapist-facilitated support and educational group, rather than group psychotherapy. It is intended to complement, not replace, individualized OCD treatment.

You do not need to be a current client of Ethredge Counseling Group to attend.

We'd love to have you join us. Reserve your spot and come as you are.
