My Creative Self

Do you feel like trying something different? Discovering your creativity and finding your own way of expressing yourself? – And all of this with no experience required and at your own pace? Through playful exercises, we explore voice, body language, movement, creative writing and improvisation – sometimes alone, in pairs or as a group. You don't need any experience, you don't have to prove anything, and you don't need to be extroverted.
