Join a group of eco-warriors cleaning the Cooks River. All welcome—if you are passionate about the health and wellbeing of the Cooks River, please join us!

We are a keen group who hit the water on time to collect as much litter and rubbish as we can. Lots of laughs and fun too. Dont forget to bring a hat, water, gloves ( rubber if you have) and shoes you dont mind getting wet n dirty.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING Please register (and don't just rock up..) We may need to cancel if the weather is bad and we need to confirm and manage numbers. 2. less experienced paddlers may be paired (preferably with another member of same household..)

For your safety, less experienced paddlers will typically be paired up and head out in the double kayaks or canoes. There will be plenty of other sessions available, with more time/daylight available, for you to learn how to paddle the single kayaks if wish.

3 We provide gloves, rubbish pickers, lifejackets and rubbish bags. You may want your own gloves and please wear shoes that have good grip and can get wet or muddy.

I hereby apply for entry to participate in this Paddle Australia Sanctioned Event. In so applying and in consideration of my application for entry to the Event being accepted, I acknowledge and agree that:

Event means an organised competition or paddling activity conducted by a Paddling Organisation affiliated to PA and described below.

Claim means and includes any action, suit, proceeding, claim, demand, damage, cost or expense however arising including but not limited to negligence.

PA means Paddle Australia Limited.

Paddling Organisation means and includes PA, Member States, affiliated canoeing, kayaking or paddling clubs, and where the context so permits, their respective directors, officers, members, servants or agents.
