WHAT IS MATCHA & MASKS?
Matcha & Masks is a 90-minute salon self-care experience featuring freshly prepared matcha, self-applied sheet masks, light refreshments, music, photographs, giveaways, salon specials, and time to mingle.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH GENERAL ADMISSION?
General Admission includes event entry, one matcha drink, an individually packaged sheet mask, a headband, cleansing wipe, towel, light snack, water, access to the photo area, one giveaway entry, and an exclusive salon booking offer.
WHAT IS INCLUDED WITH VIP ADMISSION?
VIP includes everything in General Admission, plus 15-minute early entry, reserved pedicure-chair seating, a premium mask or eye gels, a 10-minute Matcha Glow Hand Ritual, a curated gift bag, an additional giveaway entry, and an exclusive future salon offer.
HOW LONG IS THE EVENT?
The experience lasts 90 minutes. VIP guests may arrive 15 minutes before General Admission.
DO I NEED TO PURCHASE MY TICKET IN ADVANCE?
Yes. Tickets must be purchased in advance, and unpaid reservations will not be held. Space is limited, especially for the six available VIP seats.
CAN I PURCHASE A TICKET AT THE DOOR?
Walk-in tickets are not guaranteed. We strongly recommend purchasing in advance so we can prepare your drink, mask, supplies, and refreshments.
IS A MATCHA DRINK INCLUDED?
Yes. Every ticket includes one freshly prepared matcha drink. Additional drinks and premium upgrades may be purchased directly from the matcha vendor.
WHO APPLIES THE FACE MASK?
Facial masks are individually packaged and self-applied. This portion of the event is a guided self-care activity and is not a professional facial service.
SHOULD I ARRIVE WITHOUT MAKEUP?
For the best experience, please arrive with a clean face or minimal makeup. A cleansing wipe will be provided, but full makeup removal may take additional time.
WHAT IF I HAVE SENSITIVE SKIN OR ALLERGIES?
Please review the mask ingredients before participating and notify us about relevant allergies or sensitivities. A limited number of fragrance-free options will be available. Participation in the mask activity is optional.
WHAT DOES THE VIP HAND RITUAL INCLUDE?
The 10-minute Matcha Glow Hand Ritual includes a warm towel, cuticle oil, moisturizing hand-and-forearm massage, and finishing hand cream. It is performed by a licensed nail professional.
DOES VIP INCLUDE A MANICURE OR PEDICURE?
No. The VIP hand ritual does not include a full manicure, pedicure, gel removal, cuticle cutting, nail shaping, or polish…
