Calling all mums! Join us for Mama Reset & Refresh, a feel-good event designed to give you a little time for yourself.

Hosted by The Mummy Movement x Lallet Studios, this relaxed in-person event will begin with an uplifting workout led by Sam and Donna, followed by delicious refreshments from Fable Stores.

Whether you’re looking to get moving, meet other mums or simply enjoy a well-deserved moment to reset and recharge, we’d love you to join us!
