Kush Jones

From the Bronx to Mexico City. Kush Jones lands at Chico for a night built around fast rhythms, heavy bass and New York club energy. A key figure in Juke Bounce Werk, Jones has spent the last decade developing a sound that moves freely between footwork, juke, house, techno, jungle and the many mutations of club music.

His productions are fast, percussive and bass-heavy, but never locked into a single formula — drawing as much from hip-hop and dance music history as from the restless energy of New York. His RA Podcast, RA.732, is a 160 BPM statement of intent: intricate drum patterns, deep low end, footwork, juke and a constant sense of movement. Across his releases and DJ sets, the same instinct remains — music made to move.

For his Mexico City debut, Kush Jones takes over Chico alongside local support. Expect speed, bass, breaks and no genre boundaries.
