King Tuff

King Tuff is the musical project of Vermont singer-songwriter Kyle Thomas, whose offbeat guitar rock pairs fuzzy riffs with playful, sometimes surreal songwriting. His self-titled 2012 album brought songs like “Bad Thing” and “Alone & Stoned” to a wider audience; later records range from the guitar-charged Black Moon Spell to the softer, more reflective Smalltown Stardust . Thomas has also played in bands including Witch and Happy Birthday, but King Tuff remains his main songwriting outlet.
