On Friday, November 6, 2026 , the Dr. Piper Center will present the premiere of a theatrical production honoring Dr. Ella Piper and the remarkable impact she made on Fort Myers and the Dunbar community.
The performance will be held at: Florida Repertory Theatre, 2267 First Street, Fort Myers , with the show beginning at 7:00 PM .
This year is especially meaningful as the Dr. Piper Center celebrates 50 years of compassion, connection, and community impact .
We believe one of the most meaningful ways to commemorate this milestone is by sharing the story of the woman whose vision and commitment to serving others continue to inspire our work today. We hope you will join us—not only for an evening of theatre, but for a celebration of our community's history and the enduring legacy of a woman who dedicated her life to helping others.
