About Elizabeth: Elizabeth Small is a licensed clinical social worker, therapist, songwriter, and creative who believes that our mental health and creative lives are deeply intertwined. Through her private practice, Elizabeth offers a warm, deeply human space for exploring anxiety, perfectionism, relationships, identity, and the parts of ourselves that can get lost beneath the pressure to have it all figured out.
As an artist herself, she brings both clinical expertise and lived entertainment industry experience to her work, with a particular passion for helping people reconnect with their intuition, curiosity, self-trust, and authentic voice.
In this workshop: Shifting from Dreaming to Creation , Elizabeth invites you to slow down, get curious, and explore what happens when we stop treating our creativity as something to perfect, and start letting it become a pathway back to ourselves.
