Glass Panel Workshop
Create your own leaded stained glass panel over two afternoons — no experience needed, ages 16 and up.
Interested in making your own stained glass art? THE WORKSHOP: This experience invites participants to create simple, colorful leaded stained glass panels. You'll get to choose a design to create, select from dozens of types of art glass, then learn how to break, shape, and utilize century's-old techniques bind the glass pieces together into a finished panel. (And yes, you can take it on a plane.) THE DEETS: Novices are welcome!
This workshop happens over the course of 2 afternoons. Appropriate for ages 16 and up. Please plan to wear closed-toed shoes, bring your readers (if you need them), and be prepared to stand on padded flooring for the duration of the workshop. We'll take a break half-way through. ADA accessible. Ask about our BIPOC and local's discounts! We can typically schedule for another day of the week, if given advance notice. NEED TO CANCEL/RESCHEDULE?
