Women-only Gracie Barra training day with technical sessions and supervised sparring led by female black belts.
Join us for a special day of training, sparring and connection with women from across the Gracie Barra Oceania community.
As a follow-up to the GBF Panel at Leader Con, this event will bring our conversations to the mats through technical sessions led by female black belt instructors, sparring and opportunities to connect and share experiences.
All Gracie Barra female members are welcome.
Requirements: 🥋 Full Gracie Barra uniform Please wear your GB Kimono, GB Rashguard and GB Belt.
Minimum age: Participants must be at least 14 years old.
