We will taste Bethany's grandmother's Frybread recipe and then make this delicious dough in class for each participant to take and fry at home.
Bethany Fackrell is a Snoqualmie tribal member and a Navy veteran. She shares her cultural heritage through her artwork, using traditional Salish patterns in contemporary storytelling style. Her work includes murals, public signage, digital graphics, and logos. Bethany has done work for the NHL Kraken, Microsoft Xbox, and KCLS' Kokanee salmon library card design and the Sammamish Library kids' space mural .
