Welcome to the FRIEND ZONE: Firefly's queer speed-friending mixer designed for people who want real, face-to-face connections without the romantic pressure. If you're looking for a partner or trying to cruise, this isn't the night for you. If you're looking for someone to debate horror movie plots with, recruit for your D&D campaign, or split a late-night basket of tots with, you're in the right place!
How it goes down:
1. Color-coded vibe wristbands at the door so you can spot your fellow nerds, plant parents, and crafters immediately.
2. Structured 5-minute speed rounds with prompt cards that ban the phrase "So, what do you do for work?"
3. Private Match Cards so you never have to ask for a number awkwardly in person. If the feeling's mutual, we connect you the next morning.
4. Your ticket reserves your chair for the event, includes complementary chips & dip, and grants to access to free-play multi player arcade games!
5. At the end of the event, there will be a mingling hour for you and your new friends to play games (on the house), order something to eat or drink, or just hang out to learn more about each other!
