Frequency + Float Aerial Silks | Sound Bowl A place for your nervous system to exhale and your body to rest. In this one-of-a-kind class, you'll be cocooned in aerial silk hammocks while Michelle guides you through a live sound bowl experience - vibrations that move through the body the way breath does, settling what words can't quite reach. Only 6 spots available. No aerial experience needed. No flexibility required. Just a willingness to be held.
