A new season has arrived! Join us at Museum London for an evening of art, history, and creativity as we celebrate our fall and winter exhibitions.
Wander through all three floors of the Museum, connect with the artists and curators behind our latest programs, and try your hand at a hands-on art activity in the Studio. There’s plenty to experience and get inspired by along the way!
We’ve got an exciting line-up of new exhibitions & installations:
Nico Williams: Bingo
Bingo is the first major solo museum exhibition by Sobey Award-winning artist Nico Williams, bringing together a vibrant collection of large-scale beadwork and sculpture, and featuring newly commissioned artwork specifically made for Museum London.
Kim Neudorf: real_real
London-based painter Kim Neudorf works from a loosely autobiographical archive of texts, images, and studio research. These materials don’t appear directly in the finished paintings, but they act as a quiet, sustaining presence throughout.
Erika DeFreitas: I am not tragically colored
Erika DeFreitas’s I am not tragically colored (after Nora Neale Hurston) invites visitors into a thoughtful encounter with identity, memory, and self-definition. Inspired by writer Zora Neale Hurston’s celebrated statement, “I am not tragically colored,” this work slows language down, giving each word space to be heard, considered, and felt.
Musician-in-Residence
Introducing Museum London’s inaugural Musician-in-Residence program, welcoming acclaimed Canadian musician Shad back to the city where he grew up and began his career. Through a series of performances, public programs, educational initiatives and creative exploration, the residency will use music as a catalyst for connection, conversation, and discovery.
