5 PM - Meet & Greet and Visioning - aligning with the spirit of Autumn 5:15-5:45 PM - Sound Bath with Emily Gibson, sound and nature therapist 5:45 - 6:15 Drum playshop - Expressions in Rhythm w/Alex Wedmedyk from Earth Rhythm Drums, longtime drummer and drum maker. 6:15-8 PM - Drum Circle - "Enchanting rhythms created by the voices in the circle" Drumming * Dancing * Chanting Facilitated by drumming elder Alex Wedmedyk, "The Goal is Getting into that GOOD VIBRATION, Find it, Ride it, and Take it to the Other Side"
Feel free to bring a snack for yourself or to share, and beverages of your choice. All ages, no experience or equipment necessary, we have extra drums and percussive instruments.
*If weather permits, we may be outside, dress accordingly. If not, we are inside and it can be loud for those sensitive to noise *
