A full-day Lifestyle Medicine retreat at Holy Wisdom Monastery with breathwork, mindful movement, nature time and shared lunch.
A Lifestyle Medicine Retreat for Grounding, Connection & Reflection
"Your sacred space is where you can find yourself over and over again." – Joseph Campbell
As the days grow shorter and the natural world begins to slow down, fall invites us to do the same.
Fall Homecoming is a full-day Lifestyle Medicine retreat designed to help you step out of the pace of everyday life and reconnect with yourself, your body, and the season you're in.
Set on the beautiful grounds of Holy Wisdom Monastery, with safety and intention, you'll be invited to move, breathe, reflect, connect, and spend time in nature as you experience the impact of slowing down and turning inward.
Throughout the day, you'll experience a blend of nervous-system-informed movement, functional and restorative practices, guided breathwork, time in nature, reflection, meaningful connection, and joyful movement. The day will also include an optional cold-water immersion experience —an opportunity to practice meeting challenge with presence, awareness, and choice.
Lunch will be shared at the monastery, offering more opportunity for nourishment and connection. I can't wait to share the day with you!
"Attending this wellness retreat was an experience I'll never forget and exceeded my expectations —it was exactly what I didn't know I needed! From start to finish, it was a beautiful blend of rejuvenation and exhilaration. This retreat didn't just refresh me—it gave me tools for lasting growth and connection. Simply saying thank you does not convey my feelings of gratitude." " ~Vickie
