Exploratory Conversation

Conversation about forming a cathedral altar guild to prepare for and serve the Eucharist, led by Sean Tiernay and Cyrus Chan.

A companion to vergers, servers and the chancel guild, the cathedral altar guild will be formed to prepare sacramental elements and vessels for Sunday and weekday celebrations of the Eucharist, clean them following Sunday celebrations, dress altars and credence tables, as well as other related duties. Mature Christians with a reverence for the sacramental life are encouraged to discern a role in this new ministry. This conversation will be led by Sean Tiernay and Cyrus Chan — grab a cup of coffee at join them.
