Evergreen Magic Workshop
Kids and families explore evergreen trees with naturalist Susie Spikol — tea tasting, cone discovery and a balsam sachet to take home.
Explore the magic of evergreens, discover their winter secrets, sip evergreen tea, and make a fragrant balsam sachet to take home.
Join naturalist and storyteller Susie Spikol for an afternoon exploration of all trees evergreen. Discover what gives them their superpower of staying green all winter, how to tell pines from firs and hemlocks, explore their cones, and learn which wild animals depend on these trees during the coldest months of the year. Taste a bit of spicy evergreen in your teacup and take home a little balsam bag to brighten this season.
