DJ Effy brings bass-heavy house and UK bass to SPYBAR for a late-night club set.
Sophie “Effy” Cooper, a producer, DJ, radio host and label founder from the North West of England, has released multiple EPs and club singles that move between breaks, electro and UK bass. Her DJ sets have taken her to Fabric, Parklife, The Warehouse Project and Amnesia Ibiza, and she has supported artists such as Helena Hauff and Honey Dijon.
Her label Fragrance Recordings — co-founded with Mall Grab — released “iluv” (a Mall Grab collaboration) and Effy’s 2025 EP The Syndicate, a three-track homage to coming of age in Blackpool and the North West, blending 2011 EDM nostalgia with modern bass.
