N. 001
An immersive evening of Music, Movement, and Sound Healing at Northern Light Yoga.
Join us Sunday evening beginning with 3 hours of ecstatic dance, guided by an evolving musical journey through Afro, Tribal, Funk and much more delivered through A Funktion-One sound system by Sherperd Sound to sink into the music fully.
We close the evening and the week with a sound bath by Massimo Barberi, creating a quieter space for integration, stillness and release.
The event is set within a beautiful shala at Northern Light Yoga, this venue also includes a spacious and cozy chill space for those who want to relax and connect off the dancefloor.
