Ecstatic dance on the last Saturday of each month from 6pm to 8pm, at Cha House Bham.
No choreography: you move freely to a live-mixed musical journey, barefoot and without talking.
Three simple rules — dance barefoot (socks are fine), stay wordless (the body says enough), and come as you are: no alcohol or drugs, no phones or photos, just respect for yourself, the space and everyone else.
