Surprise! We've got a dream pop up at Bag Factory featuring one of our favourite Manchester DJ's who we personally have been going out and skanking to for a decade. It's a Metrodome Bag Factory takeover! Featuring some support from O'sapien and Tijani, the duo behind Stele North! (please no anti-burglar traps at the venue) Unpredictable. Genre‑mashing. Energetic. The kind of DJ who makes crowds shout: "How the fuck did they mix THAT into THAT?!"

Metrodome isn't just a selector - he's a guaranteed moment‑maker. A DJ who turns dancefloors into stories people talk about for years. Raised in Hulme, he's been tearing up clubs since the age of 8, holding down residencies at Manchester institutions like The Music Box and Sankeys Soap before he even hit his teens. Nearly 30 years deep (and still only in his early 30s), he's a DJ's DJ and a producer's producer and the person artists call when they want their music to hit.

A multi‑instrumentalist and studio wizard, Metrodome has worked with Children of Zeus, LEVELZ, IAMDDB, Zed Bias, Chunky, The Mouse Outfit and more, while releasing across Hyperdub, 1985 Music, V Recordings, Eglo, SOUL:R, High Focus, Red Laser, Pure Garage and beyond. His fingerprints are all over the sound of modern Manchester. He's also one half of DJ Absolutely Shit, the rave‑chaos duo with Il Bosco.

Their latest album, Synthetic Stupidity, pushes their sound into new territory - a triple‑LP of breakbeat pressure, 4/4 mayhem, wild sampling and tongue‑in‑cheek rave futurism. It's been praised for its "meticulous engineering," "layered storytelling," and for being "the most fun dancefloor record in years."
