Dancing Trees Workshop at the Vines Den!

This workshop is an invitation to move, dance and embody storytelling. The intention is to support processing ancestral teachings, emotions and stored energy. Re-telling the Legend of the Dancing Trees you will be led to work with Cedar, Fir, Pine, Spruce and Arbutus. Movement is gentle and can be adapted to accessibility needs. Themes of this workshop include joy, intuition and honoring individual needs.

The workshop is led by K̓esugwi'lakw, a trained dancer with a trauma-informed approach and passion for healing through movement.
