Barefoot, wordless free-form dance to a live-mixed musical journey every Saturday morning at Awakening Heart Sangha.
Ecstatic dance every Saturday from 10:30am to 12:15pm, at Awakening Heart Sangha, 3 Emiliano Zapata, Ajijic, Mexico.
No choreography: you move freely to a live-mixed musical journey, barefoot and without talking.
Three simple rules — dance barefoot (socks are fine), stay wordless (the body says enough), and come as you are: no alcohol or drugs, no phones or photos, just respect for yourself, the space and everyone else.
Price: 100 to 200 pesos.
