Run for a Cause, Stay for the Cupcakes! Join us for The Cupcake Run on Sunday, September 27, 2026, at Erindale Park. This event features a 5K run/walk and a 1K kids' dash, bringing our community together in support of Erica’s Wish Blanket Program and POGO (Pediatric Oncology Group of Ontario). Every step helps provide warm comforting blankets to children in oncology at SickKids and across centres in Ontario, and supports wraparound care from diagnosis through survivorship via POGO.

1K Kids Dash — Start time 9:00 AM
Sweet 5K — Start time 9:30 AM
In-person 5K run/walk includes race tee, custom cupcake medal, photo opportunities on course, swag bag, finish line party, and a chance to support Erica's Wish + POGO. Virtual 5K includes race tee, custom cupcake medal, support option, and shipping. In-person 1K includes custom finisher memento and cupcake decorating at the finish line. "I'm Only Here For The Cupcakes" option includes cupcake decorating and supports the charities.
Registration fees help cover event costs (permits, insurance, supplies, administration). Registration fees are not charitable donations and are not eligible for a charitable tax receipt. Net proceeds will be used to purchase Erica's Wish Blankets and support POGO. This is a not for profit event. Charitable tax receipts cannot be given on donations to Erica's Wish.
