Craft Nite
An evening of making, mingling and unfinished masterpieces.
An evening of making, mingling and unfinished masterpieces.
Some people have hobbies. Others have entire cupboards devoted to unfinished ambitions. We welcome both.
Join us at Foy House for an evening of creative pursuits, convivial company and the occasional triumph over a tangled ball of yarn.
Knitting, crochet, embroidery, collage, drawing, beading, painting, mending. Whatever your particular creative affliction, bring it along. That project you abandoned six months ago? We shan't judge. We may even applaud its return.
Talent is optional. Enthusiasm is encouraged. Perfection is terribly overrated.
There will be coffee, tea and pop. Bring your supplies, a snack, a friend, or simply your fabulous self. Conversation is inevitable. Productivity is entirely at your discretion.
Whether you're an accomplished maker or someone who has never successfully threaded a needle, there's a place for you at the table.
THE PARTICULARS
Tuesday, November 3, 2026 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM Foy House 92 Isabella Street, Toronto
Admission: Pay What You Can
Craft Nite is a welcoming queer and LGBTQ2S+ friendly gathering. Everyone is welcome, and no previous experience is required.
Reserve your place with a Pay What You Can ticket, or select a free admission ticket. Contributions help support community programming at Foy House, but cost should never be a barrier to joining us.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW Bring your own project and materials. Coffee, tea and soft drinks are provided. You're welcome to drop in for an hour or stay for the evening. Foy House is a historic building and is unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Space is limited, so advance registration is encouraged. Craft Nite takes place on the first Tuesday of every month.
Come for the crafts. Stay for the company. Leave with something marvellous, or at least a convincing excuse to return.
Meet me at the Foy!
