Communication Coaching Workshop
A practical workshop with coach Julie Blint on using I-statements and the Positive No to set boundaries clearly and confidently.
Express Your Perspective Without Accusations and Set Clear Boundaries with a Positive No
How can you say how a situation affects you without accusing the other person? And how can you say no clearly while suggesting another way forward?
In this practical communication workshop, we'll explore two simple tools for handling conversations in both work and personal life. You'll learn how to use I-statements to express your perspective without making an accusation, and how to use the Positive No to name what matters to you, set a clear boundary, and suggest an alternative.
Using straightforward examples, we'll look at how these tools can help you communicate more clearly and constructively with colleagues, friends, family members, and others in your everyday life.
Join EMCC-accredited coach Julie Blint for an accessible and practical session designed to help you approach conversations with greater clarity and confidence.
