ChoZen Flow Class
A nature-infused Saturday movement ritual blending qi gong, primal movement, balance and meditative flow under the trees.
Every Saturday at 10 AM ☀️ 🧘
"Slow down. Breathe deep. Let the forest move you.
ChoZen Flow is more than a class; it's a nature-infused movement ritual.
Held every Saturday at 10AM, this one-of-a-kind experience bridges primal movement, qi gong, grounding practices, form and stance work, balance, and meditative flow. Led by Florida native and embodiment guide Corey Mills, it's designed to awaken your body, clear your mind, and bring you back to the present moment - in rhythm with the land.
Expect deep presence, gentle power, and dynamic movement. Come as you are. All levels welcome.
Begin your practice of connection - to your body, to nature, and to something greater.
Your sanctuary awaits under the trees. 🌳
