Barefoot, wordless free-form dancing to a live-mixed musical journey — no choreography, just move as you are.
Ecstatic dance on the second Sunday of each month from 10am to 12pm, at Dorthy Johnson Center.
No choreography: you move freely to a live-mixed musical journey, barefoot and without talking.
Three simple rules — dance barefoot (socks are fine), stay wordless (the body says enough), and come as you are: no alcohol or drugs, no phones or photos, just respect for yourself, the space and everyone else.
Price: $15-$30 sliding scale.
