Cats & Cards

A cosy Tarot workshop surrounded by feline familiars to start 2027 with powerful intention, including your own themed deck to take away.

Step back into the cosy snug of Shakespaw Cat Cafe with Claudi from Eleutherial Yoga for another magical evening of connection, intuition, and divination. Whether you are completely new to Tarot or looking to deepen your existing practice, this workshop offers a supportive, friendly space to learn alongside resident rescue cats. For January's edition, we are diving deep into one of the most powerful and time-tested layouts in tarot history: The Celtic Cross . We will unpack how to read this spread to uncover deep narratives, hidden influences, and paths forward for the year ahead. This event has restricted spaces to maintain an intimate environment. Please bring a notepad and a pen for journalling exercises interspersed throughout the evening. There will be drinks and sweet treats available to purchase throughout the evening. Your ticket includes: • Your own themed Tarot card deck to take away with you. • A two-hour guided masterclass breaking down the history, structure, and application of the Celtic Cross spread. • Uninterrupted time to mingle with Shakespaw's beautiful felines during our event. This is a Beginner-Intermediate friendly event. You might have attended Cats & Cards previously or simply be looking to expand your divinatory practice; you might also be completely new to divination!
