Bend Ecstatic Dance

Ecstatic dance every Tuesday from 7:45pm to 10pm, at The Glow Pad, 500 NW Wall St, Bend OR 97703.

No choreography: you move freely to a live-mixed musical journey, barefoot and without talking.

Three simple rules — dance barefoot (socks are fine), stay wordless (the body says enough), and come as you are: no alcohol or drugs, no phones or photos, just respect for yourself, the space and everyone else.

Price: $20-16 Sliding Scale.

Getting there: The GlowPad is inside the boys and girls club building. Enter from the Wall Street Side. There's stairs on the outside of the building, walk up to the 2nd floor. There's great parking at the venue..
