beCZINE

A storytelling workshop a storytelling workshop for Black womxn and gender queer folk.

An afternoon of celebration and creation, beCZINE, is an event to invite community to creation and the act of being seen. CZINE (pronounced “c-een”) is an anthological magazine meant to present and engage Black womxn (with an emphasis on queerness) as living archives. This event will be an immersive experience into the stories and art featured in the magazine while inviting attendees to be the next feature. Through creation, art will serve as the centerpiece for the day.
