Outdoor Halloween pet festival with adoptable dogs, 50+ vendors, trick-or-treating, costumes and music at One Loudoun.
This outdoor, Halloween-themed festival brings together local pet-focused businesses, animal rescue groups, and pet owners for a day of trick-or-treating, adoptable dogs, music, costumes, and animals galore. This year's festival features over 50 vendors, tenants, and sponsors. Rescue organizations will bring adoptable dogs and share information about their work at their booths.
Adoption applications will be available on site for anyone who wants to get started, though the process varies by rescue. Vendors will offer treats, demonstrations, merchandise and swag.
