Hi ! Ruth and Caoimhe here. AWNYA began over one of our regular coffee catch-ups. We realised our DMs were full of new and trainee teachers with questions, fears, or simply a need for connection. We saw friends burn out, and, if we’re honest, we’d been there too. We also noticed how many instructors, at every stage, were quietly doubting themselves and their abilities.

It made us see how much we lean on each other in our careers. So we asked ourselves: how can we share that support?

Our mission: to give movement teachers the community, confidence and continued learning that carry you through every stage of your career, whether you’re still training or years into teaching. No one should have to figure it out alone.
