A new party, 【ärk】, launches at Kyoto METRO. For its inaugural edition, we welcome DJ Fulltono, founder of 【Booty Tune】 and a key figure in bringing the innovative sounds of Chicago footwork to Japan; york, based in Kobe and behind 【KISHI】 and 【ARCH.】; rick, an Osaka-based DJ and graphic designer whose practice spans a wide range of fields; and Rui MaçiMo from Kyoto METRO’s 【Phos】. Emerging from different cities and scenes, their distinct sensibilities converge on a single dance floor. -- 京都METROにて始動する新たなパーティー【ärk】。 第一回目となる今回は、【Booty Tune】主催、シカゴ・フットワークの革新性を日本のシーンに広めてきた重要人物、DJ Fulltono氏をはじめ、神戸を拠点に【KISHI】【ARCH.】を手がけるyork氏、大阪を拠点にDJ/グラフィックデザインなど幅広く活躍するrick氏、京都METRO【Phos】よりRui MaçiMo氏を招聘。 異なる街とシーンから、それぞれの感覚がひとつのフロアで交わる。
