AFROWIESN

AFROWIESN is about celebrating Africa in Austria. You might find yourself eating your Jollof rice next to a Wiener Schnitzel...

AFROWIESN is an in-person event for friends and family.

The idea for AFROWIESN started with music. I began experimenting with mashups, mixing folkmusic (Schlager) with Afrobeats and african percussions. I realized that if these two different sounds work so well together, then the cultures would too.
