Together, we'll create a sacred space to:

Release patterns and burdens that no longer serve your path
Set intentions for healing, renewal, and the next seven generations

This gathering is an invitation to slow down, remember who you are, and reconnect with the wisdom that lives within and around you. Through guided reflection, ceremony, and community, we'll explore how healing ourselves today can positively influence the lives of those who came before us and those yet to come.
Please bring:
● An open heart
● A journal and pen
● Any sacred objects you'd like to place on the altar
● Yoga mat
● Blanket and pillow
● Water bottle
● Comfortable clothing
