Finding Solid Ground

Looking for one quiet hour in a busy week to relax and reset? Feel the benefits of deep sound vibrations through a sound bath session with Gracelyn Leath Lopez. The session will begin with information about what a sound bath is and what to expect, followed by a 45-minute sound bath performed with crystal singing bowls.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat or blanket, if desired. Chairs will also be available. Please note that shoes are required to be worn in the library at all times. No experience is needed.

This program is for adults only.
