Step into Creative Container, a collage workshop series that transforms the material of our lives into tangible works of art.
Led by interdisciplinary artist, storyteller, and founder Michaela Ayers and hosted by Womxnhouse Detroit, this installment invites you to assemble, shape, and share your perimenopause and menopause journey through color, form, and texture.
Expect a somatic experience that weaves gentle movement and art-making with guided group conversation. Collage materials will be provided, and there'll be snacks. You don't have to be good at art. You just have to show up. Accessibility Notes Entering: There are 3 small steps up to the entrance, with a handrail. There is no ramp.
Workshop space: The workshop will take place on the main level.
Restroom: There is a single-occupancy restroom on the second floor. There is no elevator.
