Event Ticketing Policy

1. Age Restrictions & Entry Adults Only (18+): All attendees must be at least 18 years old. Valid photo ID is required for entry. Underage individuals will be denied entry without a refund. Admission Rights: Event and venue management reserve the ultimate right to refuse entry to any individual.

2. Refunds & Order Policy All Sales Are Final: We do not offer refunds for change of mind, duplicate purchases, or personal scheduling conflicts. Refund Protection: If you purchased optional ticket protection during checkout, you may be eligible for a refund under those specific terms. Lineup & Venue Changes: Organizers reserve the right to alter, replace, or cancel advertised performers, schedules, seating layouts, or venues if necessary.

3. Authorized Ticketing & Resale Official Channels Only: Tickets are only valid if bought through our approved ticketing partners. Unauthorized Resellers: We are not required to honor tickets bought through third-party scalpers or unauthorized resale platforms. Anyone holding an invalid ticket will be turned away at the entrance.

4. Venue Rules & Conduct Behavior Expectations: Management reserves the right to evict any patron without a refund for disruptive behavior, possessing prohibited items, or failing to present a valid ID upon request.

5. Event Environment & Liability Inherent Risks: Attendees assume all personal risks associated with the event, whether occurring before, during, or after the performance. This includes, but is not limited to, loud volumes, strobe lighting, atmospheric effects, or flying objects.
